Phil Stuckey, guest writer, AND, musician

Phil is a favourite regular at our monthly events, always sharing something new and innovative. A gifted musician and writer, we are in for a treat as he brings with him his sister and daughter. Be prepared for some awesome harmonies.

Phil says:

We are the front three for the contemporary folk band Wild Cloudberries.
We write songs about everyday life with a focus on Northumbrian history and heritage.

I'm an award winning songwriter having won Prog Rock album of the year in 2023 with Stuckfish (UK) and in 2025 with Another Realm (USA).

I have two published collections of short stories some of which won local competitions and one that became a finalist in the Writers & Artists Short Story Competition.

My YA fantasy novel 'The Hunt for Moss & Magic' will be published later this year.
